The REO process begins and ends in our office, and is always handled by George Correa, Judy Biryla or one of our clerical assistants. We do not farm out any of our real estate/REO work to other realtors. Our personal approach ensures that we are able to give you immediate answers to your questions or concerns. We are fully responsible for every facet of the process from valuation to closing. This means your properties are handled more efficiently and consistently. Our office is centrally located in Western New York's Town of Tonawanda. Midway between Niagara Falls (Niagara County) and Buffalo (Erie County), we can reach the outermost borders of both counties within 35 minutes. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm EST. George and Judy are both readily accessible through the cell phone. All showings are logged into a computer database, so obtaining feedback is a snap. Customer Service is a central number that appears on all advertising. professional operators field the calls and register the names and telephone numbers of all potential buyers. The calls are then transferred to the property's listing agent. Both technological tools enable us to see which agents have shown properties similar to yours. We can then contact those agents and make them aware of your property. We can do the same with potential buyers by tracking calls on comparable properties.
